Much of Lester, Loving & Davies' practice includes litigation. LL&D handles all types of civil trial matters, from routine collections to complex civil litigation or class actions, for both plaintiffs and defendants. We represent clients before state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma, as well as before administrative agencies and local governments. We serve as counsel for a diverse clientele ranging from individuals to corporations to government entities.

We are happy to provide initial litigation consultation, free of charge. This consultation includes a realistic analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the case. We know that litigation requires not only our time, but a client’s time. And, in many cases, litigation can be a difficult, emotional experience for clients. We understand that the outcome of litigation may not justify the time, expense, and/or emotional energy a client will be required to devote. These issues are thoroughly and realistically discussed with each client before litigation is commenced, so that the client may make an informed decision as to whether to proceed.

 

In many instances, we will agree to proceed with litigation on a contingency fee basis. When our firm is representing the defendant in litigation, we take every step to provide our services on the most cost-effective basis. In either case, from the initial evaluation of the case  through trial and, if necessary, appeal, our firm focuses on resolving disputes in a manner that provides the best possible outcome for our clients.
