Sports and Entertainment Law

LL&D attorneys have represented athletes in both the NFL and the NBA, as well as Olympic athletes. Our attorneys have assisted college athletes in transitioning to the professional level. Areas of our practice include contract negotiations, contract disputes and work outs involving intellectual property, personal financial matters, marketing issues, and movie deals. We have also represented sports team owners in labor negotiations with athletes and coaches and assisted in negotiating and drafting contracts for arena usage with cities and third party contractors.

LL&D has also assisted clients with the interpretation, negotiation, and drafting of contracts involving performing artists, authors and stage and production personnel.
