It’s September. It’s football season. But instead of first downs, forward passes and field goals, all everyone is talking about is conference realignment. Are you tired of that? Are you ready to talk about the game, instead? Wouldn’t you rather discuss touchdowns and extra points?

 

Well, come to the Rotary Club of Edmond, and talk some football with University of Central Oklahoma Head Football Coach Tracy Holland. Named the 11th head coach in UCO history, Holland has led the Bronchos since 2007 and led the team to the Lone Star Conference North Division championship in his first year at the helm.

 

Holland is married to Jill and is the father of five sons – Zachary, Chase, Eric, Chad and Tucker. Before coming to UCO, Holland spent five years as the general manager and head coach of the Frankfurt Knights of the Football League of Europe. He was assistant coach and head coach at Heritage Hall, where one of his star players was current New England Patriot Wes Welker. And he was head coach and assistant head master at Oklahoma Christian School from 2005-2007.

 

Perhaps you won’t learn more about which football team is going to be in what conference next year. But you’ll have a great time this week getting to know UCO Head Football Coach Tracy Holland at the Rotary Club of Edmond.
