As a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Legislative Monitoring Committee, Scott had a busy legislative session.  Scott served on the Constitutional Law and Civil Law and Procedure Subcommittees where he reviewed more than thirty relevant House and Senate bills and provided comments and concerns to the Bar.
