This week the State Bond Advisor's Office completed the FY 2013-2018 Capital Improvement Plan.  As Chairman of the Long Range Capital Planning Commission, Scott signed the final plan for submission to the Governor, Speaker of the House and President Pro-Tempore of the Senate. The CIP rates the requests for capital expenditures made by state agencies.
