Scott was a presenter at a CLE from the National Business Institute entitled "Business Contracts from A to Z."  Scott had two segments during the CLE.  First, Scott spoke on Essential Legal Elements of contracts, including common terminology, master agreements, choice of law and forum issues and statutes of limitations.  Later, Scott spoke on Drafting Business Contracts, covering terms and conditions, representations, warranties, indemnification and dispute resolution.  Scott also covered specific issues relating to operating agreements and purchase and sale agreements.
