We understand that the outcome of litigation may not justify the time, expense, and/or emotional energy a client will be required to devote. These issues are thoroughly and realistically discussed with each client before litigation is commenced, so that the client may make an informed decision as to whether to proceed.

In many instances, we will agree to proceed with litigation on a contingency fee basis. When our firm is representing the defendant in litigation, we take every step to provide our services on the most cost-effective basis. In either case, from the initial evaluation of the case, through trial and, if necessary, appeal, our firm focuses on resolving disputes in a manner that provides the best possible outcome for our clients.
